EzLogit was officially launched first quarter of 2012. The smartphone application is a tool to allow CDL and OTR drivers to electronically record their driver's log on a smartphone and eliminates the high cost of paper log books. The app is designed to be simple, quick, and easy to use.
EzLogit includes features that electronically record the mileage, log action, remarks, and location via GPS look-up. Also, one of the new features recently added is a driver pre trip inspection. One of the great things about the application is its ability to automatically back up all data to a web server within minutes of recording a log action. From the web server, a driver can view logs, create reports, and track hours of service.
EzLogit is dedicated to provide a quality product that is developed and managed in the US. The application is currently available on Android devices and developers are working to release the iPhone and iPad version by June 2012.
The cost of the app is only $37 and includes a years membership to the EzLogit.com website tools. If you are in the market for an affordable, good electronic log book, you can't beat the price! It basically pay for itself within a couple of months.
